New Amazon Kindle 7 inch color “Tablet”

Amazon’s first Android tablet called just “Amazon Kindle” is expected to launch this coming November 2011 at an affordable price tag to undercut Apple’s entry-level iPad 2, According to TechCrunch, which claims to have examined a prototype of the device, the new Amazon tablet runs a customized version of Google’s Android OS and ties in to Amazon services such as the Amazon Appstore and Amazon’s Cloud Player service.
This new Amazon Kindle‘s expected price is $250. gets you content in full color and a 7-inch capacitive touch screen and will make it onto numerous holiday shopping lists for the forthcoming holiday season.
As an incentive the Amazon Prime service, typically $79 per year, is thrown in for free with each purchase of the new Amazon Kindle tablet. Amazon Prime affords subscribers free second-day delivery on many Amazon-sourced orders, as well as unlimited on-demand video streaming from their library of TV and Video titles.

A larger 10-inch “Hollywood” tablet is reportedly slated for release next year.
